Questions About Warranty
LongRun is covered against manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of delivery. This includes:
- Failure to hold or output charge under normal use
- Connector or housing defects
- LED indicator malfunction
- Failure to meet stated IPX7 waterproof rating
- Damage from drops, crushing, or impact beyond normal wear
- Tampering or attempts to open the unit
- Use with non-Garmin devices or modified charging ports
- Loss or theft
- Damage from extreme temperatures (above 60°C or below -20°C)
- Normal cosmetic wear (scuffs, scratches on the housing)
